The 110m² villa, situated on a 1200m² plot, can accommodate up to 8 people.
(As the property is not fenced, we do not accept pets.)

The villa comprises:

- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (including a master suite)
- 1 air-conditioned living room of 58 m² with a sofa bed
- 2 bathrooms with showers
- 1 outdoor shower
- 2 separate toilets
- 1 heated swimming pool (10x4 m, depending on the season)
- A fully equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, paper pod coffee maker, kettle, unlimited tea and coffee)
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- BBQ
- Ping-Pong table
- Internet access

The rental includes:

- All water and electricity charges
- Linens
- Bath towels
- Beach towels
- End-of-stay cleaning + 1 mid-stay cleaning for stays longer than 10 days
- Weekly pool maintenance by a professional pool service; their intervention does not require Your presence is not required, and the process is done discreetly.
